A design and project management practice built on turning brand heritage into physical retail experience — at the pace and precision that international rollouts demand.

Twenty years across IKEA, Cybex, Laura Ashley and independent consultancy have shaped a discipline suited to luxury and premium clients: reading a brand’s DNA correctly, then translating it faithfully across flagship stores, department-store concessions, pop-up activations and seasonal campaigns — without losing craft or consistency as it moves between markets.

Most recently, built and ran the European retail operation for a Brazilian heritage beauty maison from scratch, acting as the bridge between headquarters creative direction and on-the-ground delivery across nine European markets — managing budgets to €1.2m+, third-party fabrication and installation, and the fine detail that keeps a brand feeling considered in every territory it enters.

01  /  SECTION ONE

Retail & brand experience

Windows, installations, pop-ups and boutiques designed to translate a brand’s story into three dimensions — engineered for fast build, heavy footfall and repeat rollout across markets.

Client Focus

Granado — Rio de Janeiro

Brazil’s most traditional perfumery, founded in Rio de Janeiro in 1870, expanding across Europe. A single narrative — Brazilian nature, heritage botanical illustration and tropical colour — translated into eight very different host environments, from a Chelsea street façade to a Lisbon shopping-centre atrium.

Each activation shares a modular kit of parts: sculpted botanical props, printed floor and awning graphics, curved lacquered plinths and a fragrance discovery ritual — adapted to the architecture, footfall and calendar of every market.

Project 01 — Retail Activation

Chelsea in Bloom

A shopfront takeover for London’s floral art festival. The façade becomes an underwater still life: a gilded figure rising from a shell of dried palm and pampas.

Built on a freestanding armature so no fixings touch the building, detailed to survive a full week of street-level footfall.

Project 02 — Retail Activation

Liberty London

A banana-grove installation filling Liberty’s Tudor atrium — a monumental sculptural palm hung with oversized fruit above the shop floor.

Engineered to hang safely within a listed building, rigged from the existing structure with no permanent fixings.

Project 03 — Retail Activation

El Corte Inglés Castellana

A corner boutique takeover inside Madrid’s flagship department store, wrapping the site in tropical botanical print from floor to ceiling.

A compact footprint made to feel immersive — patterned floor, backlit signage and a full-height brand backdrop.

Project 04 — Retail Activation

Printemps Haussmann

A Rio street market rebuilt on the Paris beauty floor. Painted timber stalls in yellow and forest green, scalloped printed awnings and crates of fruit turn a fragrance launch into a place to wander through.

A wall-to-wall printed floor of archive banana illustration ties three separate stall positions into one recognisable territory, visible from the escalators above.

Project 06 — Retail Activation

Floral St

A summer 2026 campaign takeover of a London shopfront, framing the door and window in a sculpted garland of bananas, palm and monstera under the “Yes, nós temos Banana!” line.

Built to survive a season of street-level footfall while keeping the entrance clear and the window display fully legible from the pavement.

Project 09 — Seasonal Pop-Up

IKEA Oxford Street — Christmas Shop

A seasonal Christmas Shop for IKEA’s Oxford Street store, October 2025 — a fully scenographic pop-up built as a journey through arched portals and oversized festive props.

A “Next Stop: IKEA Oxford Street” gateway leads shoppers between dressed trees and gift tables, designed for heavy half-term and pre-Christmas footfall.

Showrooms & retail planning

Room sets, department layouts and the technical packages behind them — customer flow, lighting and services, joinery elevations and visual identity applied at scale.

Project 07 — Workplace

Staff café & breakroom

A canteen turned into a proper break — bench seating below a hand-drawn London skyline mural, colour-blocked in coral and teal against soft sage walls.

A mix of long shared tables and smaller banquette pairs supports both solo lunches and team catch-ups, with planting on every surface.

Project 08 — Residential

Concept schemes

Two directions for the same client conversation: a calm, layered bedroom in oat, clay and cane, and a classic shaker kitchen in graphite with aged copper and butcher’s block.

Concept imagery like this is how a scheme gets agreed before money is committed — material, colour and light resolved on paper, then carried straight into the specification.
